Adapt is a system that works via a wired connection: the coffee grinder connects directly to the flow meters of any coffee machine and gathers data to let you save your recipe through a guided self-learning procedure. The system operates through intelligent feedback: after three extractions that don’t match the recipe, it displays a pop-up suggesting how the operator should adjust the grind size by turning the dial to restore the desired result in the cup.

The new RSG (Ready.Set.Go) adjustment ring, available across the entire Fiorenzato range (except F4 models), ensures improved ergonomics and greater control thanks to soft-touch finishes, a redesigned ring lock, and audible feedback. The encoder system displays the distance between the burrs on screen, allowing continuous monitoring of the grind setting. These two innovations provide unmatched control over recipes and grind size.
